MINUTES: <br /> Meeting Minutes from February 14, 2024 were presented by David Egel. Motion to <br /> approve minutes by Sherry Norman; seconded by Elizabeth Kugell; unanimous vote to <br /> accept. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin reviewed the substantive <br /> content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Ron Meyerowitz motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Elizabeth <br /> Kugell; unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Treasurer's Report was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin. Ms. McLaughlin reviewed <br /> the substantive content of the Report with the Committee.
