Collins read aloud his memorandum to the Select Board dated April 1, 2024 regarding <br /> tire Phase II--Wastewater Project. The letter is intended to clarify the scope of the project and its costs to provide <br /> the voters with an informed path towards the May 6, 2024 Town Meeting. <br /> Article 6 of the Special Town Meeting,will rescind the previously authorized 1borrowing at the October 16, 2023 <br /> 'l"(.)wn Meeting in the amount of$4.5 million. <br /> Article 4 of the Annual Town Meeting will authorize the Town to fund.$96.1 million to complete Phase 11 of the <br /> W-,Lstewater Project.
