All in favor. Ms. Waygan abstained. <br />Review and approval of Meeting Minutes from joint Select Board and Planning Board <br />from December 18, 2023. <br />Ms. Waygan would like the comment Ms. Faulkner provided regarding housing. <br />Ms. Faulkner called the consultants attention to paragraph 7 on page 58, about allowing <br />conversion of existing single-family homes to small multifamily homes by special permit, <br />allowing two family homes by right in residential districts, and amending the town cluster <br />development law to add the allowance of additional residential uses beyond what is allowed in <br />the underlying zoning.
