Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Barbara Nichols, Allison Bernhardt <br /> Guests: <br /> The minutes of the March 26, 2024 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by <br /> Paul Bibo and second by Allison Bernhardt <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic 1] Lake level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Debi did the lake measurements on April 2nd and April 14th. They were 55.7 ft. and <br /> 55.8 feet above sea level. There were 18 inches of water were flowing over the board <br /> closest to the lake on the 2°d. which increased to 21 on the 14' On the 2", there were 18 <br /> inches in the stream and on the,14h. Debi was unable to get an accurate measurement as the <br /> bottom step was under water. Barbara measured 2,7 in of rain in her gauge from mid- <br /> March to mid-April. DPW's gauge increased from 17 to 18 during that time. <br /> Conclusions: The water level increased with above average precipitation. <br /> [Agenda topic 2] Jet ski noise&reckless <br /> operation <br /> Discussion: Reckless jet ski operation with noise was a problem all summer. Don and <br /> Allison are interested in getting the information on getting a fresh water ban on the warrant <br /> for Fall Town Meeting. Don will check with Ashley to check on the form for the letter to <br /> the Select Board. Allison felt it will be easier to gather signatures once summer people <br /> return Don was µnot at the meeting, and no new information was y�et available <br /> ......I...... ._.�........ .......w..................w.. <br /> Conclusion: Signatures will need to be gathered to get a petition on the warrant. <br />
