MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24, 2024 <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked the Board for their comments. Mr. Bonvie asked if there was a date certain <br /> that the Building Commissioner and Fire Chief want to insert back into the Special Permit. <br /> Mr. Morris stated that the date indicated in the Modification is May 31, 2024, and they are <br /> confident with this date. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated that he accepts that Mr. Morris and Mr. Phelan are in agreement with the <br /> inspection of the site. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion relative to 29 and 41 Echo Road Triple M having heard from the <br /> Building Commissioner and the Fire Chief relative to their inspections. The motion before the <br /> Board is to continue to the status quo with the end permit date until May 31, 2024 that continues <br /> to be in existence. Mr. Furbush seconded. All were in favor. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> ➢ Executive Session: Discussion of pending litigation in re: Anthony J. LaCava, Jr., Trustee v. <br /> Mashpee Zoning Board ofAppeals, Land Court Case No. 23 MISC 000116 (G.L. c, 30A, §21(a) <br /> (3))• <br /> ➢ Executive Session: Chairman to discuss his findings with the Board regarding engineering peer <br /> review. <br /> At approximately 6:50 pm, Acting Chair, Ms. Sangeleer made a motion that the Board will enter <br /> into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation in re: Anthony J LaCava, Jr., Trustee v. <br /> Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals, Land Court Case No. 23 MISC 000116 (G.L. c, 30A, §21(a) <br /> (3))• <br /> Second item: To discuss his findings with the Board regarding engineering peer review. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer stated for the record that the Board will not reconvene into regular session and will <br /> adjourn. <br /> At approximately 6:51 pm, Mr. Reidy made a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, <br /> second. Mr. Caggiano, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Ms. Sangeleer, yes, and Mr. <br /> Reidy, yes.
