l <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> Executive Session <br /> December 4, 2002 <br /> The Torn of Mashpee Planning Board entered into <br /> Executive Session at 10:33 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, <br /> 2002 . The Chairman, Beverly Kane,, presided. <br /> Planning. Board -Mmlers present: Beverly Kane, <br /> Chairman; Dennis Bal ari i, vice Chairman; Steve Dolan, <br /> Clerk and Don Myers . <br /> Also present : Thomas Fudala, Town, Planner; Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion to enter into <br /> Executive Session (not to return to regular session) for <br /> the purpose of discussing potential litigation. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to eater into <br /> Executive Session for the purpose of discussion of <br /> potential litigation; which Motion was seconded by Steve <br /> Dolan. <br /> Voting in favor: Beverly Kane, Dennis Bal arini, Steve <br /> Dolan, and Don Myers . <br /> The Town Planner reported on his recent attendance to <br /> an Executive Session of the Board of Selectmen' s meeting in <br /> order to review four ) variances that have been granted <br /> by the Zoning Board of Appeals, being four lots on Lettie <br /> Laney Fire Access By-law. <br /> The Zoning Board ha-s required Applicant to build a <br /> road on Town owned land (off Goodspeed Road) , for which <br /> they have no authority. The attached plan in this matter <br /> shows a -foot layout created along Goodspeed Road, as <br /> well as a 0-foot pavement to get to Lettie Dane:, and which <br /> for all intents and purposes loops life a subdivision plan. <br />
