The project also includes modifications to the patio and the relocation of a non-retaining <br /> brick wall. Mitigation is planned for the area where the wall currently sits, minimizing impact on <br /> resource areas. Ms. Raddatz emphasizes that relocating the wall first will better contain the patio <br /> work. The pool spa will be drained by a pump truck.
