The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Plot Plan — 37 Driftwood Circle, Mashpee, MA. The lot is pre-existing nonconforming total 17,206 <br /> sq. ft. of land area. The property is surrounded by the floodplain,but was issued a LOMA#18-01- <br /> 1411-A on July 16, 2014, and is removed from the mapped floodplain.
