o Q: What is the age of the tank itself and will the pump out for the tank be covered? ■ A: The septic tank is between 4 and 5 years old, and pumping will be done through the first manhole, which will be left uncovered. • The locust map is incorrectly labeled. o The representative has assured this will be revised and resubmitted. PUBLIC COMMENTS There are no public comments. AGENT COMMENTS • The overall project is good as it involves reducing the lawn area,hardscaping, and retaining wall. • Confirmation confirms that the sonotubes are not placed over the septic tank. • New deck and stairs proposed over existing landscape and hardscape with no removal of any native vegetation. • No proposed grading or changes to existing topography. • The deck will be set on sonotubes, with no vertical walls proposed, and minimal fill will be used in the areas occupied by the deck supporting sonotubes. • Proposed project does not require mitigation per the provisions under Regulation 25 (LSCSF). • The project narrative includes a waiver request under Regulation 25 Section C-7- C setback requirements. Rationale: The proposed activities have minimal impact on the lot's existing conditions and do not significantly affect the standards of Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage for landlocked lots like this one.
