The new system will <br /> be a fast nitrogen removal system. It will be less than 10 ft from the street, as required by current <br /> regulations (no abutters). A letter from the Popponesset Beach Association received on July 8, <br /> 2024, indicates no issue with the septic being within 10 ft from the property line.
