MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY,JULY 24, 2024 <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, second, yes, <br /> Mr. Goldstein, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush,yes, <br /> Mr. Reidy, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes. <br /> All were in favor to issue a Special Permit. <br /> 4 Pond Street: Owners, Samuel Peter Delois and Patricia Jean Delois request a Special Permit <br /> under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing single-family <br /> residential structure with a new single-family residential structure on property located in an R-3 <br /> and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 117, Parcel 257, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represents the applicant for this Special Permit request. He is <br /> requesting a continuance of this hearing until August 14, 2024 because it will be presented to the <br /> Conservation Commission on July 25, 2024. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the request for continuance letter submitted by Attorney Kirrane dated July 18, <br /> 2024 into the record. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion that the Board accept the request for continuance from Attorney <br /> Kirrane until August 14, 2024. Ms. Sangeleer, second. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> -Approve July 10, 2024 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to accept the meeting minutes. Mr. Furbush second,Mr. Goldstein, <br /> yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes. Mr. Reidy, yes. Mr. Caggiano, abstained. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
