Funk <br /> 5 Sheffield Place, Map 29, Parcel 150 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2024-02 <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a Variance.Upon <br /> motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Variance in the amount of 4 ft.under§174- <br /> 31 of the Zoning Bylaws to Owners, Christopher P. Funk and Donna M. Funk to allow for a 200 <br /> sq. ft. shed on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, Map 29,Parcel 150, Mashpee, MA with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has to vote to determine if that the applicant meets the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Site Plan: Prepared for Christopher & Donna Funk, Project: 5 Sheffield Place, Mashpee, <br /> MA. Sheet 1 of 1, Scale: 1" = 20', Date: August 2, 2023, Drawn by: JJF, Checked by: <br /> MCC,Prepared by: Cape&Islands Engineering, Drawing Title: Existing Conditions Plan. <br /> Stamped and signed by: Matthew C. Costa,No.: 52282. <br /> 3. The Board issues a Variance in the amount of(4) four ft., and noted that the issuance of <br /> this Variance is not protected to any future structures, and does not create any future pre- <br /> existing non-conformities of the property. <br /> 4.
