Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday,March 13, <br /> 2024 the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding to Owner, Ilya <br /> 1. Ilin under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a 360 sq. ft. addition to a <br /> pre-existing, non-conforming structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, at 18 <br /> Neshobe Road, Map 125, Parcel 105, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board finds that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding under Mass <br /> General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan—Prepared for Ilia I.
