Cassidy Revocable Trust <br /> 21 Debbie Lane(Map 125, Parcel 187) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2024-18 <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding to Owner, Donald R. <br /> Cassidy under§174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an 840 sq. ft. attached two- <br /> car garage, and expansion of an existing front porch that is within the 50 ft. setback to wetlands <br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, at 21 Debbie Lane, Map 125, Parcel 187, Mashpee, <br /> MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan—Project:21 Debbie Lane,Prepared for: The Donald R. Cassidy Revocable Trust, <br /> Donald R. and Macrina M. Cassidy, Trustees. Sheet I of 1, Date: December 26, 2023, <br /> Prepared by: Cape & Island Engineering, Stamped and signed by: Matthew C. Costa, <br /> Professional Land Surveyor, No: 52282, and Mark D. Dibb, Registered Professional <br /> Engineer,No.: 45937. <br /> 3. Hand-Drawn Plans—Cover sheet: Deck Details, 21 Debbie Lane, and Page 2: Front View, <br /> Side View.
