No vote or <br />discussion is warranted. <br /> <br />Documents provided: Application for public hearing/variance request form—copy of <br />original permit approval. <br /> <br /> 53 Greenwood Rd, Mark Dibb – Request for Variances from Title 5 Regulations <br />o Proposal to demolish an existing three-bedroom single-family dwelling and <br />rebuild a new three-bedroom single-family dwelling, which will conform to <br />zoning setbacks. <br />o New construction footprint smaller than existing <br />o Elevation (SE) 6 to 8 finished grade, existing driveway at elevation 10, septic <br />system at elevation 12. <br />o To obtain the proper separation, four variances have been requested: <br /> <br />Description Required Town Variance <br />S.A.S - Property Line 10 FT 5 FT <br />S.A.S - Foundation 20 FT 10 FT <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
