Unanimous. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none <br />Departrnent of Public Works Director Catherine Laurent,: <br />Discussion and Arrylroval„for Award of Contract for Owner's Project Manager Services for „Construction <br />of anNewPolice Station: CHA Consultin�Inc.; <br />Catherine Laurent, Director of Public Works recommended the Select Board approve a contract for <br />Owner's Project Manager (OPM) services to C14A Consulting, Inc. of Boston, MA. After reviewing <br />proposals received for the design phase of a new Police Station, the Selection Committee recommended <br />the proposed contract fee of $182,105 with a completion date by mid -March 2025. <br />CHA Consulting, Inc. has extensive municipal experience specifically with public safety. The firm <br />recently completed the Nauset Regional High School and the newly constructed Police Station for the <br />Town of Bourne. <br />
