The Board finds under §174-17.1 and §174-33 that the proposed project is not substantially <br /> more detrimental than the pre-existing, nonconforming structure or use to either the Town <br /> or the neighborhood,that there is sufficient parking, and there are no new non-conformities <br /> being created. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer, second, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes, <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes, <br /> Mr. Milbury, yes, <br /> Mr. Bonvie, yes. <br /> All were in favor to issue a Special Permit. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mashpee Commons: In accordance with Section IV: Decision and Conditions of the <br /> Comprehensive Permit, conditions #5 and#34, the attached approval not required plan prepared <br /> by BSS Design and dated September 11, 2023 and endorsed by the Planning Board on October <br /> 18, 2023 addresses each respective condition and is hereby provided for the Board to review for <br /> consistency and compliance with the terms of the Comprehensive Permit. <br /> 3 <br />
