MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 11, 2024 <br /> Mr. Furbush questioned the change to Lot 25. Mr. Feronti said that Lot 25 becomes entirely part <br /> of the East side which is sub-phase I consisting of 54 units that will advance first, and the West <br /> side lots mentioned earlier encompasses the 69 units. <br /> There were no more questions from the Board. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion to close public comment. Mr. Blaisdell so moved. Mr. Furbush <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motioned that the Board approve Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership, <br /> Jobs Whitings Trust, and JWT Phase IB-D Venture, LLC (new single purpose entity that will be <br /> developing sub-phases 1B-ID) respectfully request acceptance and approval of the <br /> accompanying plan related to next sub-phase of the project. Mr. Furbush second. Mr. Caggiano, <br /> yes, Mr. Reidy, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Blaisdell, yes, and Ms. Sangeleer, yes. All were in <br /> favor to approve and accept the accompanying plan related to the next sub-phase of the project. <br /> -Approve ZBA Public Hearings Schedule for Year 2025 <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve the 2025 year ZBA meeting schedule.Mr. Blaisdell <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> -Approve August 28, 2024 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve the August 28, 2024 meeting minutes. Mr. Furbush <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Milbury made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor to <br /> adjourn.
