The homeowner is asking for a <br />variance from the requirement to upgrade to an I/A septic system because the <br />property is in Phase II of the Mashpee Clean Water (Sewer) Plan. The homeowner <br />is only requesting to repair the leaching field and D box. The property is within <br />1000ft of the wetland resource area. The homeowner has provided a letter from <br />the Wastewater Management Superintendent. <br /> <br /> There were no comments from members or the public. <br /> <br />Motion made by Mr. Raposa to accept the variance for 7 Juniper Drive with the condition that <br />should the sewer phase change, the applicant must come before the Board for a new hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Virgilio. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
