There were no comments from members or the public. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion made by Mr. Raposa to approve all 3 variances with the added 3 mm polyline around <br />the overdig of the system to prevent an outbreak. Motion seconded by Mr. Virgilio. <br /> Roll Call: Mr. Raposa (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes). <br /> <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Documents provided: Public Hearing/Variance Request Form, Site plan, Floor plan, <br />narrative from Down Cape Engineering, Inc., a letter permitting Down Cape Engineering, <br />Inc. to represent the applicant, Abutters list, letter to the abutters. <br /> <br />HEALTH AGENT DISCUSSION <br /> <br /> The first day of the health clinic is September 19th, and an additional one will be held on <br />th <br />October 7. <br />nd <br /> The next meeting will be held October 2, 2024. <br />o Fiscal year 2026 budget discussion to ensue. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />There are no public comments. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />4:55 Motion made by Mr. Raposa To adjourn the meeting.
