Ms. Conn then presented <br /> the MRVP Project Based Voucher 5-Year Contract Renewal effective August 1, 2024, <br /> with New Mashpee Village. The board recommended updating DHCD to EOHLC <br /> throughout the document, Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the 5-Year MRVP <br /> Project Based Voucher Contract with New Mashpee Village effective August 1, <br /> 2024, as amended, seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, O-Nays. Ms. <br /> Allen discussed the newspaper article from the letter to the editor section of the June 7, <br /> 2024, Mashpee Enterprise regarding 950 Falmouth Road. The Mashpee Housing <br /> Authority Board of Commissioners agreed to have the Executive Director look into the <br /> feasibility of a project at 950 Falmouth Road and suggested partnering with a local <br /> organization such as Housing Assistance Corporation. <br /> 9. Other Business: None. <br /> 10. Correspondence/Communications: The Open Meeting Law Complaint(s), responses <br /> submitted by the attorney, were distributed to the board prior to the meeting, there was no <br /> discussion. Ms. Conn will inform the board if any further communication transpires. <br /> 11. Next Meeting Date and Time: Next meeting July 11, 2024, 5:30 PM at Asher's Path <br /> Community Room. <br /> 12.
