<br /> 1. Meetine Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen, Chair. A quorum
<br /> was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, Kevin Shackett, Lisa
<br /> Meizinger, and Richard Klein.
<br /> 2. Treasurer's RePoM Tot) 5 Compensation Regort. Asset Wage to Certification & Year-End
<br /> Certifications: Ms. Conn reviewed the June 2024 Year-end Financials, Top 5 Compensation Report,
<br /> Tenant Accounts Receivable as of June 30,2024,and Year-end Certifications. The year-end reserve levels
<br /> were at 41.73%, above the required 35%. Extraordinary Maintenance expenses for the year were power
<br /> washing of Homeyer Village, landscaping and dead tree removal at both Homeyer and Breezy Acres,
<br /> vacancy turnovers, plumbing and drain repairs, storm door replacement, truck repairs, fire alarm repairs,
<br /> cameras, and mold re mediation. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the 6/30/2024 Fiscal Year-end
<br /> Financials,Top 5 Compensation Report,Tenant Accounts Receivable,and Year-End Certifications,
<br /> seconded by Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 5-Ayes, O-Nays. Ms. Conn then reviewed the Asset Wage
<br /> Match Year-end Certification. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the Asset Wage Match
<br /> Certifications, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion carried. 5-Ayes, O-Nays.
<br /> 3. Executive Dire ctor'sReport&U dates.Ms. Conn reviewed project 172052 Breezy Way Roofs,Siding,
<br /> Windows Change Order(C/O)#3 in the amount of$7,293.87 for sheathing installation at soffits,wrapping
<br /> of the electrical meters, and heat vents. She then reviewed the revised Certificate of Substantial
<br /> Completion including change order#'s 1, 2, and 3. Mr. Klein moved to approve C/O#3 in the amount
<br /> of$7,293.87, and the revised Certificate of Substantial Completion as presented, seconded by Ms.
<br /> LeClair. Motion carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays.
