The <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES — July 17, 2024 & June 25, 2024 Raze & Replace Workshop <br />No comments were made. <br />July 17, 2024 <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to accept the meeting minutes as written. Seconded <br />by Mr. Richardson. All in favor. <br />Ms. Waygan clarified on page one, under History, the meetings mentioned were hosted by the <br />Popponesset Beach Association and the Town Planner attended one. Clarification made. <br />June 25, 2024 - Raze & Replace Workshop <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Richardson made a motion to accept the meeting minutes as amended. <br />Seconded by Mr. Balzarini.
