COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS <br /> 1. The location of the new driveway will not be where the existing one is. The proposed <br /> driveway is a different shape and narrower. <br /> 2. The linear feet of the retaining wall were not calculated, but it will be 11.5 ft away from <br /> the property line. <br /> 3. Planting Note 6 pertains to the natural growth of restored mitigation plantings unless an <br /> active conservation permit allows otherwise. This standard requires that any mitigation <br /> and restoration plantings must be left to grow. However, if they overgrow or limit access, <br /> the homeowner must obtain a vista pruning permit. Lawn regulations have been met, and <br /> the homeowner is aware that the seed mixture must contain no more than 10%bluegrass. <br /> 4.
