COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS <br /> 1. The location of the new driveway will not be where the existing one is. The proposed <br /> driveway is a different shape and narrower. <br /> 2. The linear feet of the retaining wall were not calculated, but it will be 11.5 ft away from <br /> the property line. <br /> 3. Planting Note 6 pertains to the natural growth of restored mitigation plantings unless an <br /> active conservation permit allows otherwise. This standard requires that any mitigation <br /> and restoration plantings must be left to grow. However, if they overgrow or limit access, <br /> the homeowner must obtain a vista pruning permit. Lawn regulations have been met, and <br /> the homeowner is aware that the seed mixture must contain no more than 10%bluegrass. <br /> 4. No reserve area is required for the property, as it is an upgrade from an existing 3- <br /> bedroom dwelling to a new 3-bedroom dwelling,per regulations. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS -None <br /> AGENT COMMENTS <br /> • Fill needed for the backyard to raise the septic SAS above groundwater <br /> level <br /> • A new lA septic will replace th existing one <br /> • Slight increase in new building footprint. <br /> • Agent recommends: Close and Issue with conditions of clover lawn seed <br /> mix (no more than 10% of lot can be Lawn) and submission of a signed 1- <br /> year mitigation monitoring contract between homeowner and qualified <br /> professional. <br /> Motion made by Ms. Clapprood to close and issue with the condition of a signed 1-year <br /> mitigation monitoring contract between the property owner and a qualified professional and that <br /> all lawns be composed of a native clover mix.
