Town of Mash ee Plannin Board Massachusetts Land Court, Case <br />No. 24 MISC. 000327 (HPS) if the Chair declares that discussing the matter in an open meeting may have <br />a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Board. Covenant was previously released on <br />March 20, 2024 under different owner name. Registry regires a new release under the names of the <br />current owners, per Town Counsel. <br />
