The motion passes unanimously. • Bylaw Review Subcommittee o Awaiting feedback from Commissioners • Chapter 173—Conservation Land Bylaw—Trail Cameras o Personal use trail cameras found along conservation trails confirmed on social media feed. o Discussion to add specific language to Regulation 1 pertaining to trail cameras o Suggestion of working with residents by providing a form detailing the camera specifics, owner's contact information, details of placement, and proper labeling. o Additional topics discussed include signage for public notice and whether this should be presented to the Commission or in the office with the Conservation Department. Public Comment Alyssa Pinto—concerns expressed regarding the camera owner's intent, where the feedback is going, and public safety. Additional discussion TBD • August 151" Quarterly Update Meeting Agenda—Content and Attendance o Presentation by Cape Cod Commission on floodplain standards. • Water Quality: Issues and Incentives o On August 7th, 2024, the Waquoit Bay annual meeting took place, heavily attended. o Concerns: sewer, Waquoit watershed, etc. • Regulation 25 (LSCSF) discussion on draft performance standards o Awaiting feedback from Commissioners. This will be discussed at the August 22nd 2024, meeting. • Resignation of Commissioner—Erin Copeland o Letter formally submitted and scheduled for the August 12th, 2024, Select Board meeting.
