APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> ➢ Discussion about the distribution and approval of meeting minutes <br /> ➢ Decision to postpone the approval vote until the minutes are reviewed <br /> ➢ Alyssa to send out all the minutes in a single email for review. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Dredging and Navigation <br /> ➢ Back rg ound <br /> o Add a comment as to the Harbor Master office duties <br /> ➢ Past Dredging and Future Planning: <br /> o Little River <br /> ■ Initially stated dredging was completed in 2023 <br /> ■ Update to reflect that the permits for maintenance and dredging are <br /> currently under review for 2026. <br /> ➢ Historic Dredging Volumes: <br /> o Adjustment from 45,900 cubic yards to approximately 4,000 cubic yards. <br /> ➢ Funding: <br /> o Clarification- Barnstable County only covers reduced dredging prices for <br /> municipalities. <br /> o Town covers most dredging costs except for specific areas of Popponesset Bay <br /> o Seaport Economic Council Grant—update: <br /> ■ Recently awarded a grant of$75,000 for Popponesset Bay dredging. <br /> ➢ Issues and Opportunities <br /> 1.
