Weltman land <br /> Shown as Parcel"A" on the ANR plan containing approximately 2,201 square feet of <br /> land. The deed was recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book <br /> 34494, Page 168. <br /> 29. As a result of their voluntary deed the Petitioner reduced their lot area and increased their <br /> nonconformity. <br /> 30. Section 174-9 of the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw provides as follows: <br /> No buildings shall be erected or used and no land shall be used or divided unless in conformity <br /> with the regulations of this chapter.All other buildings and all other uses of land or of buildings <br /> 5 <br />
