MASHPEE ZONING BOARD of APPEALS <br /> MEETING l''V1INUTES <br /> OCTOBER 12, 2022 <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read an abutter letter dated October 12, 2022 into the record who own the property at <br /> 85 Red Brook Road. <br /> Ms. Sangelecr read an abutter letter dated October 12, 2022 into the record who own at 79 Red <br /> Brook Load. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Beard of Health comments into the record; "the septic has been submitted <br /> and approved."The Conservation Department, not within wetlands jurisdiction. <br /> Ms. Terri Ronhock spoke to the Board and mentioned that she supports this project. <br /> There were no more comments from the audience or the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to owner, Jordan Keliinui of 83 <br /> Red Brook Road under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a non-conforming single family <br /> residential structure and replace it with a new two bedroom structure; and a detached accessory <br /> dwelling unit (ADU) on property located in an R.-3 Zoning District, Map 104 Parcel 4, Mashpee, <br /> MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
