Ms. Terri Ronhock spoke to the Board and mentioned that she supports this project. There were no more comments from the audience or the Board. Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to owner, Jordan Keliinui of 83 Red Brook Road under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a non-conforming single family residential structure and replace it with a new two bedroom structure; and a detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on property located in an R.-3 Zoning District, Map 104 Parcel 4, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. 2.
