Blaisdell,Ron Bonvie, Scott Goldstein,Norman J. Gould,Associate <br /> Members Sharon Sangeleer, George Ganzenmuller, Brad Pittsley, and Robert Caggiano were <br /> present. Also present was David Morris, Building Commissioner. <br /> Acting Chairman, Bill Blaisdell opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings <br /> Were not televised live. He announced that he will take public comments after each hearing. <br /> PLEDGE of ALLEGIANCE <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members,Ms. Sangeleer and Mr. Ganzerimuller. <br /> 44 Po onesset Island Road: Owner,Adam J. Decter requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1 <br /> and §174-33 of the zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing non-conforming single family <br /> dwelling and replace it With a new single family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District,Map 106 Parcel 23,Mashpee,MA. (Continued from September 28,2022 hearings at the <br /> request of the Board). <br /> Attorney Christopher Iirrane represented the applicant. Also present Was Mark Dibb, Cape & <br /> Islands Engineering. This hearing Was continued by the Board because they requested a copy of <br /> the CLGMA-F letter from FEMA. Attorney Kiffane said that the letter has not been submitted as <br /> of this meeting and he is asking the Board to consider voting on the petition because he believes <br /> it's a building code issue. If FEMA does not approve the project the Attorney will have to refile a <br /> modification to the Special Permit With the Board.He confirmed his client is aware of the situation. <br /> Attorney Iirrane said the project meets all setback and lot coverage requirements;the issue is just <br /> receiving the FEMA letter. <br /> Mr. Bonvie believes there Were two FEMA issues; there was a redesign of the plan for a letter of <br /> map amendments and to allow fill. <br />
