MacDonald-Bellew request a <br /> Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the zoning Bylaws to allow for a raze and replace of an <br /> existing non-conforming single family dwelling with a new single family dwelling on <br /> property located in the R-3 and Popponesset overlay zoning Districts, Map 117 Parcel 91, <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> fitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members as well as Mr. Caggiano and Mr. <br /> Pittsley. <br /> Mr. Leidy read a letter into the record dated September 12, 2022 from Attorney Kirrane <br /> requesting a continuance until September 28, 2022 for 39 Kim bath. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion that the Board accept the applicant's letter requesting a continuance <br /> until September 28,2022 regarding the petition for 39 Kim Path. Mr. Gould, seconded, yes,Mr. <br /> Caggiano, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes, Mr. Bonvie yes, and Mr. Furbush yes. All were in favor to <br /> accept the continuance request. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Approve August 24,2022 Meeting Minutes <br /> Mr. Reidy moved to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Ganzenrnuller, seconded. All were <br /> in favor. <br /> Mr. Pittsley made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Mr. Gould seconded. All were in favor <br /> to adjourn.
