<br /> To convene in Executive Session pursuant to G.L.c.30A, §21(a)(2)to consider the purchase,
<br /> lease or value of real property 475 Nathan Ellis Highway as shown on Assessors Map 71,Parcel
<br /> 55, and the Pickerel Cove properties; 9 Pickerel Cove Road Map 13,Parcel 53, 17 Pickerel Cove
<br /> Road Map 13,Parcel 54, 25 Pickerel Cove Road Map 13, Parcel 55, and 33 Pickerel Cove Road
<br /> Map 13 Parcel 56, 87 Pickerel Cove Road Map 13 Parcel 1, 7 Pickerel Cove Circle Parcel 13
<br /> Map 57, 21 Pickerel Cove Circle Map 14 Parcel 14, 25 Pickerel Cove Circle Map 14 Parcel 4

<br /> negotiating position of the CPC from which the Committee will reconvene in Open Session:
<br /> Motion made by Ms. Barbee at 6:01 p.m. to convene in Executive Session pursuant to
<br /> G.L.c.30A, §21(a)(2) to consider the purchase, lease or value of real property 475 Nathan
<br /> Ellis Highway as shown on Assessors Map 71,Parcel 55, and the Pickerel Cove properties;
