John McElhinney <br /> Location: 275 Quinaquisset Avenue <br />Request: Special Permit Modification (on remand from Land Court) to add a <br />5.06-acre parcel, on which construction of 12 residences is <br />proposed, to the Special Permit for the Willowbend Country Club <br />project approved on March 18, 1987, as subsequently modified. <br /> <br />Jack McElhinney is present this evening on behalf of Southworth for Willowbend. Joining him <br />this evening are Matt Eddy, Kevin Klein, and Dennis Ring. Don Pinto could not make it. <br /> <br />Ms. Waygan stated the Board members seated on this matter include Mr. Oakley, who also <br />could not be here tonight.
