Mr. Emil Hanslin brought in the topographical <br /> map and cluster zoning area map. <br /> He also brought in two plans which Popponessett Corp. desire <br /> to develop and asked for a Public Hearing and paid $20.00 for <br /> the subdivision fee. Walter C. and Leona D. Smith brought in a plan <br /> shower 3 lots 50 x 380 at Monemoscoy which they desire to <br /> purchase (lots 50-51-52) if they can build three separate <br /> houses can the lots. Planning Board advised lots must have <br /> a 75' frontage with a minimum of 7500 sq. ft. Mr. Jonas <br /> suggested they decide what to do re lots then bring in a <br /> preliminary plan. <br /> 9:10 P.M. Mr. & Mrs. George Howland of Dedham brought in <br /> a plan of property on Bearse Read, Popponessett which they <br /> desire to purchase and build on. Mr. Jonas advi-red it is an <br /> undersized lot, however, as all others in same location are <br /> also undersized according to the plan, the approved plan. <br /> 9:30 P.M, firs. Agnes M. Besse: brought in a, plan at Mashpee <br /> Lake (approval not required) advising Registry of Deeds wants <br /> date approval changed. Planning Beard members would not change <br /> date but did stamp and sign approval as of the date (Sept.16). <br /> She also brought in a plan at Mashpee Lake where approval of <br /> plan and date of 20 day waiting period was same and advised <br /> Registry desired one of the two dates clanged, however, the <br /> Planning Board would not alter either date. <br /> 10:00 P.M. Mr. Frank Zinkowich brought in the topographical <br /> map and raed grade layout as requested in connection with <br /> development of John' Pend Estates. <br /> -here being no further business meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M. <br /> Clerk <br />
