Andrews advised the board that he will <br /> give us a letter from J;ir. Ellis which gives <br /> there the right to ;reprove that section <br /> of Ashuraet road which lies in Falmouth. <br /> hir. Stalcup asked Ifir. 2icurath ,the Town <br /> Council, for his opinion as to the legality <br /> of such a Letter and whether this letter <br /> wo-o-ld be binding on the abutters of this <br /> portion o7: Ashurnet Road. Therefore, the <br /> Board believes that it will be necessary <br /> to have legally binding letters from each <br /> of the abutters along Ashumet and rloophole <br /> Roads, both in the Torun of Falmouth and <br /> x5.ashpee. The Board advised ivir.
