MINUTES: <br /> Meeting Minutes from October 9, 2024 were presented by David Egel. Motion to <br /> approve minutes by Christine Perrault; seconded by Sherry Norman; unanimous vote <br /> to accept. <br /> 2. APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> No Public Comment. <br /> 3. COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> (1) Director's Report <br /> Report was distributed was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin, Ms. McLaughlin <br /> reviewed the substantive content of the Report with the Committee. <br /> Sherry Norman motioned to approve the Director's Report; seconded by Rachel <br /> Hodgman;unanimous vote in favor. <br /> (2) Treasurer's Report <br /> Treasurer's Report was distributed by Heidi McLaughlin, Ms. McLaughlin reviewed <br /> the substantive content of the Report with the Committee.
