Mashpee Community Television

Peter Cohen said he has heard nothing further—assumes it is status quo. MCAT members voiced concerns that
there should be more communication. In addition, Lolita McCray said she believes that the Mashpee Community
TV personnel—that is, whomever they may be in the future—should keep MCAT up-to-date with how they are
progressing.

Broadcasting Issues

Andrew stated that watching the broadcast of last night’s Town Meeting it seemed the camera operator was poorly
trained. Andrew said there seemed to be only one camera in use, but there is a switcher they have that is capable of
handling multiple cameras. Also, the backdrop was green and silver with duct tape all over it—very tacky looking.
Andrew will mention these concerns to Arthur Joia.

Next Meeting

The next MCAT meeting is to be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, 2012, Town Hall Meeting Room 1.

Adjournment

Lolita McCray motioned to adjourn the meeting; Andrew Eliason seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at
2:28 p.m.

Respectfully submitted,

Jean Giliberti
Recording Secretary
