what the time frame was. Stacie Peough stated that it would depend on fundraising and local support. Laura Lincoln stated <br /> that FWAY's goal is 4 years. <br /> Terrie Cook asked if the YMCA could include a field house? Stacie indicated that at this stage,the plan could include almost - <br /> anything. Teme Cook stated that past plans,from 2001,had indicated land at the High School as a potential site for this type <br /> of facility. Stacie indicated that new development has trended to smaller physical facilities than in the past. <br /> Old Business <br /> a. Chamber of Commerce willingness to help fund production of Guide for Business <br /> Mary Lou Palumbo,Executive Director for the Mashpee Chamber of Commerce,offered a$200 donation to the EDIC to help <br /> produce 200 copies of the"Guide for Business". She stated that she would like to have the Chamber of Commerce logo on the <br /> Guide for Business. <br /> Dino stated that he would contact the Sherriff s office regarding the potential to use them for the printing. <br /> b. FID Number Status <br /> Terrie stated that she is working with the State on the FID. <br /> c. Update from Cape Cod Commission regarding Economic Development Plan <br /> The Board did a review of the draft EDP as written by Leslie Richardson of the Cape Cod Commission. It was stated that the <br /> plan was consistent with the RPP and that the goals as written on page 4 should be kept. It was further explained the <br /> procurement laws(Chapter 30b)would govem the selection of a real estate broker and the actual sale of the properly via said <br /> broker. <br /> d. Update on discussion regarding priority development areas <br /> Tom Mayo and Joyce Mason will meet with Kristy Senatori to discuss this issue. <br /> Future Meeting Dates <br /> The next meeting will be held on Monday,August 13`s @ 6pm in room I at Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Terrie Cook motioned to adjourn the meeting;Dino Mitrokostas seconded the motion.
