Rene will follow
up on this to see if it needs to be modified. Rene will also review the Guide for Business to see
if it needs to be updated.
We will invite Town Planner Tom Fudala to our meeting to discuss Industrial Development on
the Base.
Bob Walsh initiated a discussion whether or not the Town can deed land to FDIC. Have we tried
to talk to the Industrial Park owners? Joe Noonan noted that we visited the owners in the past.
Town Counsel's opinion on the two Town-owned parcels, have they been forwarded to FDIC?
The intent is there, but no action has been taken.
