J <br /> MASH-PEE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT/INDUSTRIAL CORP. MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 6, 2009 <br /> Present: Joe Noonan, Rene Read, Mary LeClair,Robyn Simmons, Terrie Cook,Bob Walsh, and <br /> Bob Cobuzzi via telecom. <br /> Joe Noonan opened and chaired the meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> The Minutes of December 2, 2008 were moved and approved as presented. <br /> Rene distributed a copy of the Falmouth FDIC budget dated 4-26-07 as a model. <br /> There will be a meeting with Boston Concessions at Town Hall on January 12, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. <br /> in the Board of Selectmen's meeting room Rene Read, Terrie Cook, Joe Noonan,Bob Walsh, <br /> and Joyce Mason plan on attending. <br /> The large Economic Development Grant Committee along with Dan Dray will meet on <br /> Thursday. If the grant is approved, they will bring it to the full Board that meets at 5:00 p.m. A <br /> contract will then need to be drawn up. Bob Cobuzzi will get any documents and paperwork he <br /> has to Mary LeClair. Mary has the power to sign, and Bob Cobuzzi will be added to the account <br /> Rene will check the State Bid List to see if any economic consultants are on the list. This could <br /> save time. Bob Walsh called it the Designer Selection Board. <br /> Robyn Simmons will find out more information about a grant from the Adams Institute, where it <br /> came from and what is the process. <br /> Joe Noonan suggested we talk to the grant writer for the Falmouth EDIC. Rene and/or Terrie <br /> will follow this up. <br /> Robyn stated that she made contact with a Richard Oakley who might be interested in becoming <br /> a member of EDIC.
