Ball <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Stephen J. Greelish, Chairman <br /> I <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2. ) Board members agreed approval of January 14, & 21 1993 <br /> minutes shall be postponed until Mr. Doherty is in atten- <br /> dance. <br /> 3 . ) Three bids for electric service at recycling center - <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "We have received three estimates for <br /> electrical work at the recycling center. " "Noonan's Electric <br /> forwarded their estimate in the amount of $2 ,270.00, Ames <br /> Electric at $1, 250.00 and Brewer Electric at 1,725.00 . " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "Estimates submitted are for one <br /> 60 amp subpanel , two are required. " "The decision will be <br /> postponed until Mr. Doherty has researched whether the esti- <br /> mates include one or two 60 amp subpanels. "" <br /> 4 . ) Transfer Station complaint - Mr. Miller, complainant, <br /> was in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Miller explained, "I was allowed through the main <br /> gate and drove up to the Transfer Station. " "The door was <br /> shut for automobiles so I drove around the side which was <br /> blocked by a piece of John Deere equipment. " "It was windy <br /> that day so I thought the door was closed to prevent refuse <br /> from blowing around. " "I got out of my vehicle and noticed <br /> there were no personnel around. " "The roll-off was covered <br /> by a tarp. "' "I then realized they must be transferring <br /> roll-offs. " "I called out to see if anyone was around, no <br /> one answered. " "No signs were posted indicating what I <br /> should do so I went and got my trash which consisted of three <br /> empty paint cans and one household trash bag. " "I put the <br /> three paint cans up on the ledge. " "A dark haired man ap- <br /> peared and questioned whether I had thrown a box on top - on <br /> the tarp.
