Ball and <br /> John T. Doherty <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Stephen J. Greelish, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of February 4, <br /> 1993, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the Executive Session <br /> minutes of February 4 , 1993 , Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to release all records pertaining <br /> to the Salzer litigation, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> I <br /> 3. ) Memo from B.C.H. re: Rabies Task Force - Mr. <br /> j McQuaid relayed, "I contacted the Animal Control Officer and <br /> informed her she was nominated as the liaison for the Rabies <br /> Task Force. " <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 4. ) Memo from C.C. Commission -re: Otis M.R.F. meeting, <br /> 2124�/93 •- Mr. McQuaid commented, "B.F.I. is interested in <br /> submitting -a proposal for recycling services. " <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "In previous discussions with <br /> B.F.I. it was learned they are strictly interested in the <br /> commingling recyclables. " <br /> i <br /> Mr. Ball relayed, "I recently spoke with a representa- <br /> tive of B.F. I. who stated they would not commingle but in- <br /> stead separate recyclables with a container and a compactor. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented that the proposals submitted have <br /> exceeded original cost estimates. "A decision must be ren- <br /> dered as to whether we should commingle or separate recy- <br /> clables. " <br /> I <br /> i <br />
