" <br /> Recycling Proposal from DiMaggiols Companies <br /> Mr. Greelish relayed, "I contacted Mr. DiMaggio regard- <br /> ing his proposal for collection of recyclable materials from <br /> condominium complexes. " "In my opinion, if Mr. DiMaggio op- <br /> erates a totally separate company and deposits those <br /> recyclables with our recycling contractor there would not be <br /> a conflict of interest problem. " "I requested Mr. DiMaggio <br /> to have his Counsel review the matter. " "Should Mr. <br /> DiMaggio's Counsel find no conflict then we will request Town <br /> Counsel for his opinion. " <br /> I <br /> i <br /> O inion from Town Counsel re: Composting contract <br /> Board members will review the contract for comment at a <br /> later date. <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to request Mr. Watts <br /> attendance at the next regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> AA Towing Landfill Transfer Station Violation <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "AA Towing was scheduled to appear <br /> before the Board last week however, a representative failed <br /> to appear. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to revoke the Landfill/Transfer <br /> Station residential sticker issued to A.A.
