MINUTES July 14 , 1994 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 7 . ) Variance request 28 Tradewind Drive - Mr. McQuaid re- <br /> layed, "Town water will be provided to the lot. " "Revised <br /> plans were submitted which indicate a relocation of the <br /> leaching facility further away from the wetland area. " "The <br /> owner is requesting a 40' local variance from abutting well , <br /> (lot 30) , to the on-site proposed leaching facility. " <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the 40' local variance as re- <br /> quested, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 8. ) Emergency failure certification 79 River Road - Board <br /> members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency Repair <br /> Certification" form. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> 134_ Algonquin Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Architectural <br /> plans were submitted which delineates a 2 bedroom dwelling <br /> with a loft. " "The loft could be construed as habitable <br /> space. " "I did inform the engineer the loft must remain open <br /> to overlook the dining and/or living room area. " "I will <br /> consult with the Building Inspector as to his interpretation <br /> of a loft.
