Cram, Sr. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> l.) Warrants signed. <br /> 2.) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of September 29, 1994, Mr. Cram <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3.) Follow-up letter from S. Jones re: Rec clin - Mr. Ball recommended the Board <br /> request Ms. Jones to attend an upcoming meeting to discuss recycling issues. <br /> Board members agreed. <br /> 4.) Request for comments to Z.B.A. re: 5 Star Recvcli - Mr. McQuaid relayed, <br /> "D.E.P. has issued a temporary approval for this site conditional upon no nuisance <br /> complaints, as far as, odor, vector and noise problems." "Should there be any complaints <br /> the Board of Health is to notify D.E.P.." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to forward a letter of support to the Z.B.A., Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> 5.) Copy of Intermunicipal Agreement with Water District - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I <br /> have a copy of the original Intermunicipal Agreement." "I would recommend Board <br /> members review the agreement for comment at next week's meeting." <br /> Mr. Ball directed the Agent to obtain a copy of the agreement between the Water <br /> District and the installer who originally performed the excavation work pursuant to the <br /> Intermunicipal Agreement. <br />
