Perc extension requests - 29 Seaview Avenue, 78 Clover Lane, 29 Overlook Knoll <br /> 29 SEAVIEW AVENUE - Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month perc extension <br /> from date of expiration, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 78 CLOVER LANE - Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month pert extension from <br /> date of expiration, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 29 OVERLOOK KNOLL - Mr. Doherty motioned to grant a six month pert extension <br /> from date of expiration, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 9.) New Title V workshop - 2/16/95 in Barnstable - Health Agents will attend. <br /> 10.) V.N.A. annual meeting, 1/17/95 - Acknowledged. <br /> FOR DISCUSSION <br /> A. Meeting with Town Planner re: Comprehensive Plan <br /> Mr. Fudala was in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Ball relayed, "Board members have not, as of yet, reviewed the material." <br /> Mr. Fudala stated, "There is a meeting for the Coastal Resource Management <br /> Committee on Tuesday, January 17, 1995." "Mr. McQuaid is a member of that <br /> Committee." "We also request a Board of Health member volunteer their services as a <br /> committee member." "In setting up the approval process, review and recommendation <br /> process for these goals and objectives that committee made the most sense as the formal <br /> approval adoption committee for these Coastal Resources items." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated he will prepare written comments for the Board's review <br /> prior to the meeting. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to elect Mr. Doherty to serve as committee member to the <br /> Coastal Resource Management Committee, Mr. Ball seconded. <br />
