Bolt 1'908 <br /> ABLE MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section S of the Massachusetts General Laws, <br /> the Mashpee Planning Board will hold a Public hearing on Wednesday, <br /> April 13, 1988 at 6:30 P.M. to discuss 18 zoning articles proposed for <br /> action at the Special Town Meeting to be held on May 9, 1988. The <br /> articles are summarized below. Full text of each article and accompany- <br /> ing raps are on file in the Mashpee Planning Department and in the <br /> office of the Town Cleric, Any written comments regarding these proposed <br /> zoning changes should be submitted to the Planning Board prior to the <br /> public hearing. <br /> 1 . Amendment to Subsection 4.4 which would require reconstruction of <br /> existing Town or County roads to meet current Subdivision Regula- <br /> tion standards along the frontage of any proposed subdivision or <br /> other division of land before such subdivision or division of land <br /> may be approved. A perfor-nance bond may substitute for ccmple�,icn <br /> of said reconstruction. <br /> . Renumbering of Section 6.2.4 dooted under Article 3 of May 11 , <br /> 1987 Special Town Meeting to ,oecome Section 6.2.6. <br /> 3. Amendment to Section 6.3. 1 .9 .4ou i d prevent construction -F a new <br /> pier, wharf, dock, boardwalk, ei�c, within 150 feet of an existing <br /> or previously approved pier, ,grarf", dock., boardwalk , etc. <br /> 4. New Section .3.1 .14 dould add "Common Driveways", to the uses <br /> listed in the "{TABLE OF USE REGULATIONS", requiring approval of a. <br /> special permit by the Planning 3oard four shared driveways in any <br /> district and specifying regulations governing the issuance of such <br /> special permits.. <br /> S. Amendment to Section .4. 1 .1 7.cdifies the Growth Management by-law <br /> to allow construction of at least one residence per year in a <br /> subdivision or other division oa land having fewer than 5 lots. <br />
