a <br /> MINUTES December 3, 1998 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Request for 90 day se tic permit extension - 123 Pimlico Pond Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The permit was issued December 14, 1995 to William <br /> Harvey." "The expiration date is December 14, 1997." "The applicant is requesting a 90 <br /> extension from the date of his request." "I would recommend the Board approve the 90 <br /> extension." <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "The applicant let it expire and sit for a year_" <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Plans are for a new Title V system." "This is a shallow <br /> system which meets new Title V requirements." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "I would be willing to compromise by having the applicant re- <br /> submit using the existing plans and we will waive the fee." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to deny the request for a 90 septic permit extension <br /> however, the applicant may re-submit original plans and the septic permit fee shall be <br /> waived, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> Letter from D.P.H. re: Fish Sampling <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> Roll-off container at Transfer Station <br /> Board members agreed the rented 45 yard roll-off container is no longer needed. <br /> Mr. Cram directed the agent to have the roll-off container returned to USA Waste. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this meeting at 7:30 p.m., Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Ver pica Mayer, Adm.
