Mr. McQuaid informed the Board that criminal complaints for alleged <br /> illegal dumping have been filed against Denise Costa, Jennifer Mullally, <br /> and Flavio Scottom. Hearing date is March 29, 1999. Board <br /> acknowledged. <br /> 3. Mr. McQuaid presented the Board with a list of statistics prepared for his <br /> meeting with SEMASS on Thursday, March 11, 1999. Board <br /> acknowledged. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Public hearing notice -Trash hauler regulation March 24, 1999. Mr. <br /> McQuaid stated that a public hearing notice will be published in the <br /> Mashpee Enterprise on March 12, 1999 and March 19, 1999.
