MINUTES April 7, 1999 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> APPOINTMENT Mr. Edward Pesce: Variance request: 71 Timberland Drive <br /> The applicant is requesting a variance of 50'from the existing well to the new <br /> leaching system and a variance of 36.3'from the edge of wetlands to the new <br /> leaching system. <br /> Mr. Pesce stated, "This project is also going before the Conservation <br /> Commission on May 6. This is an existing dwelling with an existing well on the <br /> property. They are proposing to demolish the old house and put a new three- <br /> bedroom dwelling on the property. There are two issues surrounding this <br /> property: proximity to the top'of bank, and proximity to the existing well." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a variance of 50'from the existing well to the new <br /> leaching system and to grant a variance of 36.3' from the edge of wetlands to <br /> the leaching system at 71 Timberlane Drive. Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:15 p.m., Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Lu B.
